What are positive impacts?
They are unique to every startup. We're here to support your vision, and gear your startup more toward Venture Scale Positive Impacts.
Which stage, geo, and check size range?
We are focused on US PreSeed deals, with total investments up to $250K. We prefer US HQ'd C Corps, but all situations will be considered. We're currently mandated to startups with pre-money valuations less than or equal to $10M.
When should we engage?
Ideally, 3+ months before closing your PreSeed round. If you're a non-US HQ'd company, and soon plan to be, please feel free to apply. Late is better than never!
How long does application process take?
We try to make a review of your deck and details a couple weeks after submitting an application. We'll either invite you for an intro call initially, or we will ask you to share your investor updates for a few months to help gauge more traction.
Which areas of impact do you invest in?
All areas of impact are encouraged, especially the more complex overlapping impact factors across industries. If your startup is centered on Sustainability and Social Good, we want to meet you!
